Biography

Exceptional skills in presentation, high personal integrity, able to relate to and create trust in all. Highly articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, able to motivate and communicate to achieve exceptional performance self-motivated, hardworking and self-driven individual with strong leadership capabilities with International work experience.

Dr. Abillah is a multi-skilled professional individual with strong academic record and experience who has been successful in research, resilient negotiator, diplomacy, teaching, community service, project management coordination, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder’s engagement, coordinating Focus Group Discussion Meetings, developing Community Action Plan, Conducting Socio-Economic Baseline Study, Supervision, countering Gender Based Violence, Child Protectioin, planning and coordination of Community Social Responsibilities (CSR), development of Organization Work Plan and Strategy, Supervision, General Crime Investigation, Fraud Investigation, peace building as well as Economic Intelligence.

I have worked with Youths Against Disasters (YADs), National Police Service (NPS), Conducting evidence-based research that forms policy direction in the 14 countries of Eastern Africa with the Police Chiefs Cooperation Organization Counter Terrorism Centre of Excellence (EAPCCO-CTCoE) in different capacities and demonstrated exceptional professional skills.

I have also been a part time lecturer at Murang’a University of Technology in the School of Business and Economics, department of Commerce teaching Development and National Cohesion, Governance Poverty and Development, Development Economics, Society and Development, International Development, Comparative Social Structures, Human Development, Politics, Human security and Development, Culture and Development, comparative Social Structures and Institutions, Development Management, Human Rights and Development, as well as Organizational Development and Leadership for a period of four years
