Biography

Dr. Michael Washika Okonda is a Lecturer in Strategic Management, Department of Commerce, School of Business and Economics, Murang’a University of Technology. I hold PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Management), Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) and Bachelor of Education (Business Studies & Economics). I have over nine years university teaching experience having taught a wide variety of business courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across five universities. A distinguished expert in the field of strategic management with a good understanding of the intricacies involved in formulating and implementing effective organizational strategies. My expertise encompasses various aspects of strategic management, including strategic planning, organizational development, and business analysis. I have a strong foundation in research and postgraduate supervision.
