Biography

Dr Charles Kiragu is a committed public health professional and a research scientist with a strong academic foundation and a passion to promoting population health. He has a robust background in public health research and epidemiological methods. Dr. Kiragu has developed a focus on key areas such as maternal health, occupational health and safety, public health, disease control and mental health with an aim of generating evidence that forms policy, strengthens health systems and improves the health outcomes of the population by scientifically proved interventions. Dr. Kiragu is registered and licensed by Public Health Officers and Technician Council (PHOTC).
