Biography

Dr. Grace W. Mwangi is a Lecturer in the School of Business and Economics specializing in Human Resource Management.  She is an academic leader and has contributed significantly to curriculum development in the field.  Currently, she serves as the Acting Director of Linkages, Outreach, and Partnerships, where she has successfully spearheaded numerous institutional collaborations and partnerships locally, regionally and globally. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Karatina University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University. With over 10 years of experience in academia, Dr. Grace Mwangi has held various leadership positions and has played a key role in mentoring students and faculty and enhancing academic programs.

Her research interests include e-HRM, Public Value Creation, Trade Unionism, Knowledge Management, Emotional Intelligence, Organization Culture among others. She has presented her work at international conferences. Additionally, she is a dedicated trainer, providing training on leadership, governance, stress management and personal effectiveness. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and is passionate about reading, traveling, and engaging in community development initiatives.
